You can make the program last longer than 6 weeks should you only want to commit to 2 or 3 days per week.

6 WEEK BLAST

This ‘BE READY’ program is a 6 week blast that will not only leave you with some great results but also will have you hugely motivated to continue on and hungry for more. The program gets sent over to you and ready to start as soon as you have your gym bag ready packed and ready to go.


 

THE GUESS WORK IS REMOVED JUST FOR YOU...

You will be given the exercise to do, the amount of sets, the amount of reps, the rest time, intensity and even the tempo. In addition to this, each exercise will have a tutorial video to click and have you doing everything correctly and safely.  

 

WEEKLY EMAILS

We will also send you an email each week with what I hope you find words of encouragement along with some real life help, tips and motivation.

LIFE TIME ACCESS

Once these 6 weeks are over, the program is still yours to keep and maybe even repeat, although, we have more programs for you to tackle once you graduate from this one.

I JUST WANT TO HELP EVERYONE OR AS MUCH PEOPLE AS I CAN.

I know that is a tall order, which is why I am creating lots of options that can cater for practically everyone.

 

I am continuously working on and improving all of the services and products we have, from our flagship program that works with clients on a very deep and close level - right through to stand alone programs tat you can keep forever and everything in between.

 


The Realistic and Sustainable way is the only way to get into great shape and stay that way forever… no exceptions.

 

Bite off more than you can chew and it’s simply a matter of time until you fall flat on your face, fall off and start all over again.

 

My way is to start as you mean to go on, little changes that make a big difference is all we need to do.

 

We need to be blunt with ourselves and realise that we live in a modern world that presents us with takeaway food, choccy bars, crisps, snacks, nights out, cinema trips … and the list goes on right!?

 

Know from your previous attempts to diet, get in shape or whatever you call it that none of the things on the list above go away.

 

Realistic and Sustainable and what that looks like for you is the only way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. 1 What if I can’t commit to 4 days a week?

A - Not a problem at all - The workouts in the program are presented to you a week at a time and not as ‘Monday, Tuesday etc - simply follow the workouts in the order they come in, this may mean result in the 4 weeks taking longer to complete but this is no issue at all.

Q. 2  What if I have not exercised before?

A - This program will be ideal for anyone, irrespective of them being a complete beginner of someone that has been training for years. My advice would be for you to go at your own pace and intensity, when you feel ready to increase then go for it … remember, the program doesn’t vanish after the 4 weeks, it is yours to repeat at perhaps a higher intensity if you want to.

Q. 3  I am a woman, is this appropriate for me?

A - 100% yes, following a program like this will take you out of your comfort zone and have you exploring new and different ways to exercise.

Q. 4   I see on social media that you work specifically with men aged over 40 - Will this program be suitable for me?

A - Yes, this program is suitable for men or women at any age or ability level.

Q. 5   What about when I have completed the 6 weeks?

A - You have several options, you can take on some of my other programs or enquire to work with  me in one of personal coaching platforms, or, of course you can repeat the program. You could also utilise what you have learnt whilst using this program and go it alone …. Personally I would suggest continuing to follow some kind of structured training plan.

Q. 6 - What should I eat during the 6 weeks?

A - In addition to the training plan you will be sent a weekly email that discusses nutrition on a basic level, giving you tips and some info. My higher level coaching programs take this guesswork away for you and educate you, however, if you are not wanting to embark on that higher level the advice would be to eat as whole food a diet as possible, high protein and to use free online calculators to configure the amount of calories you need to get you the desired results.

Q. 7 - Do I get to keep the program afterwards or will it auto delete?

A - I am confident in saying that if you follow the program perfectly you will learn soe new ways of training and become consistent in your exercise frequency, this alone will bring you results.I am sure you already know that know, a program like this cannot force you to eat well or lift heavier weight etc which makes it difficult to forecast what you will achieve - but - what I can say is that people that implement with intensity and a with a passion to succeed would never be disappointed in the outcome from the program.
