Frequently Asked Questions

What if I can’t commit to 4 days a week?

A – Not a problem at all. The workouts in the program are delivered one week at a time, rather than labeled as “Monday, Tuesday, etc.” Simply complete them in the order they come. This might mean the 4 weeks take a little longer to finish, but that’s absolutely fine.

What if I have not exercised before?

This program is ideal for anyone, whether you’re a complete beginner or have been training for years. My advice is to go at your own pace and intensity—when you feel ready, push yourself further. And remember, the program doesn’t disappear after 4 weeks; it’s yours to repeat anytime, perhaps at a higher intensity if you choose.

I am a woman, is this appropriate for me?

100% yes, following a program like this will take you out of your comfort zone and have you exploring new and different ways to exercise.

I see on social media that you work specifically with men aged over 40 - Will this plan be suitable for me?

Yes, this program is suitable for men or women at any age or ability level.

What about when I have completed the 6 weeks?

You have several options. You can explore some of my other programs, enquire about working with me through one of my personal coaching platforms, or simply repeat this program. Another option is to take what you’ve learned here and continue training independently. Personally, I recommend following some form of structured training plan, as it will help you stay consistent and make steady progress.

What should I eat during the 6 weeks?

In addition to the training plan, you’ll receive a weekly email covering nutrition at a basic level, providing tips and useful information. My higher-level coaching programs take the guesswork out of nutrition by offering a more in-depth, personalized approach. However, if you’d prefer not to commit to that level of coaching, my advice is to focus on eating a diet rich in whole foods, ensuring a high protein intake, and using free online calculators to determine your daily calorie needs in order to achieve your desired results.

Do I get to keep the program afterwards or will it auto delete?

I’m confident that if you follow this program as designed, you’ll discover new training methods and build consistency in your exercise routine — and that alone will deliver results. Of course, a program like this can’t force you to eat well, lift heavier, or make every choice for you, which makes it hard to predict exact outcomes. What I can say with certainty, though, is that those who commit with intensity and a genuine passion to succeed are never disappointed with the results they achieve.
